Exclusive – What are the property prices across Bengaluru

The Inner Ring Road forms the first ring around the Central Business District which is the most developed and expensive area in the city. The second ring is formed by the Peripheral Ring Road and is home to IT and commercial real estate driven by IT growth and MNCs. The third and outermost ring is formed by the Satellite Ring Road which is largely undeveloped but with some industrial belts on the outskirts.
